A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVE-
MENT BONDS -- LITTLEFIELD AVENUE AND KIMBALL WAY
that
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby, directed to call for bids
for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No.
3133 adopted by this Council on February 6, 1961. Said notice in form to be prepared by
Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones and Morton, shall be given by the Clerk causing copies thereof
to be mailed to the various banks and bond houses interested in the purchase of such
bonds at least ten days before the date of sale, which shall be at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on
September 4, 1962.
2. The City Will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm of Wilson, Harz-
feld, Jones and Morton, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly approvin~ the legality of
the proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.
