A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEEDS OF EASEMENT AND AUTHOR-
IZING PAYMENT THEREFOR -- PERSON - SWANSON PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that
WHEREAS, the City Attorney and John E. Lynch of the law firm of Wilson, Harz-
feld, Jones & Morton, attorneys of record for the City of South San Francisco in that
certain condemnation proceedin~ entitled CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO vs. KEN ROYCE,
et al, Action No. 9~599, in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for
the County of San Mateo, California, have secured deeds of easement and a quitclaim
deed, to the followin~ parcels of land as described in said condemnation proceedin~
from the owners thereof, and are authorized by said owners to deliver them to the City
upon payment of the followin~ sums therefor:

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the City Treasurer be, and he is, hereby authorized and directed to
draw his warrants payable to the defendants abovenamed in the sums set forth herein,
bein~ the a~reed sums for the acquisition of the parcels aforesaid, and to deliver said
warrants to said attorneys of record at 630 North San Mateo Drive, San Mateo, Califor-
nia, who are hereby authorized to deliver the same to the parties named therein.
2. That upon entry in Court of the Petition for Dismissal, Refund of Security
Deposit and Order Thereon as to Parcel 2, that the County Controller be, and he is, her. e-
by authorized to draw his warrant, payable to the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, a munici-
pal corporation, in the sum of Two Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($2,250.00),
bein~ the refund of the security deposit as to Parcel 2 aforesaid, and that upon adoption,
a certified copy of this resolution be delivered to said County Controller.
3. That the City Clerk be, and he is, hereby directed to cause said deeds,
to~ether with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the
Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
