A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH BETHLEHEM STEEL COMPANY --
TIDE LAND LOTS 3 AND 4 AND SLOPE EASEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
execution of that certain a~reement made this day of , 19 , between the
City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and Bethlehem Steel Company, a
corporation, is hereby authorized, same beln~ an a~reement wherein City a~rees to pur-
chase, and Bethlehem Steel Company a~rees to sell, the followin~ described property:
(a)
Tide Land Lots 3 and 4 in Section 23, Township 3 South,
Range 5 West, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian and Tide
Land Lots 28, 29 and 30 of Section 14, Township 3 South,
Range 5 West, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian.
(b)
Slope ~asements~ as set for in "Exhibit A", hereunto an-
nexed and upon the plat, marked "Exhibit B", hereunto
annexed.
for the sum of Two Hundred Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($202,500.00) payable in
installments as in said a~_reement provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City is authorized to execute said
a~reement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the
6th day of August, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
