A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
E~RGREEN STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to prefious order of the City Council and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 27th day of July, 1962, for the
work to be done and the improvement to be made as described and specified in Resolution
No. 3502 entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AUTHORIZING THE WORK AND CALLING FOR BIDS ON THE IM-
PROVEM~NT OF EVERGREEN STORM DRAIN".
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or bids except
that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing the work and im-
provements and furnishin~ the materials, supplies and equipment necessary' therefor, to
the lowest responsible bidder, to wit: Lowrie Paving Company at the unit prices named
in their bid.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to make and enter into
a written contract with said successful bidder, and to authorize, receive and approve
all bonds in connection therewith, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed
to attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the
6th day of August, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
