RESOLUTION NO. 3538
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
LITTLEFIELD AVENE AND KIMBALL WAY
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Califor-
nia, that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution of Intention
No. 3133 adopted by the City Council of said City on February 6, 1961, was $104,000.00,
and followin~ the openin~ of bids therefor, said estimate may be reduced to $101,300.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the En~ineer of Work reduce each
of the assessments by a pro rata share of the amount of difference between said esti-
mates, which chan~e may either be made on the face of the assessment or by filin~ an
amendment thereto.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this
6th day of August, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
