SAN FRANCISCO ESTABLISHING THE MONTHLY PREMIUM FACTORS -
TRAVELERS INSURANCE COMPANY GROUP POLICY NO. GA-378620
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the monthly premium factors to be used in computin~ premiums on Monthly Statements
due durin~ the period from July 1, 1962 to July 1, 1963 shall be
