RESOLVEU), by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that;
W~REAS, at the Special Municipal Election to be held on November 6, 1962, the
following City measure will be submitted to the qualified electors of the City:
PROPOSITION:
(Sewage Treatment
and Disposal Works
and System)
"Shall the City of South San
Francisco incur a bonded in-
debtedness in the principal
amount of One Million Eight
Hundred Ninety-Three
Thousand Dollars (~!~1,893,000.00), for the acquisition,
construction and completion of municipal improvements
including additions, enlargements and modifications
of facilities for sewage treatment and disposal, out-
fall structures, sewage pumping works, force mains
and interceptor and trunk sewer mains and all lands,
easements, work and improvements auxiliary thereto?"
NOW, TI~FORE, IT IS I~R?~Y DETERM~D A]ID ORDERED, that this City Council, being
the legislative body of the City of South San Francisco, hereby authorizes:
Mayor Leo J. Ryan
Vice-Mayor Patrick E. Ahern
Councilman Emilio Cortest
Councilman Andrew Rocca
Councilman G. J. Rozzi

members of this body, to file written arguments for said City measure in accordance with
Article 4, Chapter 3, Division 4 of the Elections Code and to change such arguments until
and including the date fixed by the City Clerk, after ~hich no arguments for or against
said measure may be submitted to him.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San ~¥ancisco at a regular meeting held this I~th day
of September, 1962, by the following vote:
