HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 3566-196249O RESOLUTION NO. 3566 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF Tt~ CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ABANDONING A?T EASEmeNT - A PATH 10 FOOT ~IDE BE~qEEN LOTS 8 AND 9 IN BLOCK NO. 3 OF AVALON PARK NO. 3 WHEREAS, a public path way easement was dedicated to the City of South San Francisco on the 28th day of July, 1954, by the recording of that certain subdivision map entitled "Avalon Park No. 3", South San Francisco, California, recorded in Volume 39 of Maps, Official Records of San Marco County, page 47, and, ~'~[~E[tEAS,~ ~ said 10 foot path way easement has not been used for the purposes for which it was dedicated or acquired and is unnecessary for present and prospective public use by said Czty, NOW, T~?~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of South San Francisco, not having used said 10 foot path way easement between Lots 8 and 9 in Block No. 3 of Avalon Park No. 3, South San Francisco, California, on July 28, 1954, recorded in Volume 39 of Maps, Official Records of San Mateo County, page ~7, and determining that said easement is unnecessary for present or prospective public use by said City, does hereby abandon the 10 foot path way easement. BE IT FURTHER ~SOLVED that the required documents be recorded by the City Clerk to clear the Grantor's property of the easement. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of September, 1962, by the following vote: AYES, C0~[CIL~N Leo J.
