BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
execution of that agreement between the City of South San ~ancisco and Crocker-Anelo
National Bank as Trustee of Healy Tibbitts Construction Company Pro~it-Sharin~ Plan made
the day of , 19 , is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the }[ayor is authorized to execute said a~reement
on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
