A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
LITTLEFIELD AVENUE A~TD KIMBALL WAY
R~o0LV..=I~° ~.), by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that
Wt{2.]REAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3133, adopted by said Council
on February 6, 1961, and its Resolution calling for bids on the sale of bonds pursuant
thereto, adopted on August 6, 1962, notice of said sale has been duly Kiven;
~qIEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for receipting bids for the
purchase of said bonds, and said bids have been received and publicly opened, examined
and declared by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS 0RDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids rsceivsd for the purchase of said bonds, excepting the
bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby, rejected, and that said bonds be, and they are
hereby, ordered sold to J. B. Hanauer Company as the highest responsible bidder therefor,
said sale to be subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale
of said bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. T~at the Treasurer be, and he is hereby, directed to have said bonds printed
forthwith, and that the sams be ir~ediately signed, sealed and de]_ivered to said bidder on
receipt of the amount therefor and upon the performance of the conditions contained in said
written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is hereby, fixed at the
rate stated in said bid.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this ~,~th d~y
of September, 1962, by the following vote:
