A RESOLUTION OF THE CI~ COU~CIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUT!~0RIZING NE EXECUTION OF AN AGREE-
I~T ~,,,~I~ THE CITY OF SAN BRUNO, A ~UNICIPAL CORPOR-
ATION - JOINT OPERATION OF SEVen'AGE PLAI,~T STRUCTURES A~,~D
APPURTENANT STRUCTURES
BE IT RI~SOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
executio~ of that agreement between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
and the City of San Bruno, a municipal corporation, providing for the joint operation of
sewage plant structures and appurtenant structures bearing the date of the 17th day of
September, 1962, a copy of which is hereunto annexed, is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said a~ree-
me~t on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest h~s signature
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on
the 17th day of September, 1962, by the following vote:
