SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING ~E EXECUTION OF AN AGREE-
I~,~NT WITH CROCKER-ANGLO NATIONAL BANK AS TRUSTEE OF
~tEALY TIBBITTS CONSTRUCTION COMPA~[Y PROFIT-SHARING
PLAN - MARINA DIA~
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the~
execution of that agreement between the City of South San Francisco and Crocker-Anglo
National Bank as.Trustee of Healy Tibbttts Construction Company Profit-Sharing Plan
bearing date the day of September, 1962, a copy of which is hereunto annexed, is
hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTI~R RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest his
signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing .resolution was rngularly introduced ~nd
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 17th day-of September, 1962, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCIL~EN Leo J. Ryan, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and G.J. Rozzi
