RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of So~th San Francisco, Ca]_ifornia, that
1. The City Clerk of s~id City be, and he is hereby, directed to call for bids
for the third sale of improvement bonds to be issued ~'.ursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 2771, as ~ended, adopted by this Council on April 6, 19~9. Said notice in form to be
prepared by Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones ~ ~forton, shall be given by the Clerk c~usinM copies
thereof to be ~'~ailed to the various banks and bond houses interested in the purchase of
such bonds at !easq five days before the date of s~le which shall be 0ctdber 1, 1~62, at
8:00 o'clock P. M.
2. ~he City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm of 5~ilson, Harzfeld,
Jones & ~.~orton, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly approving the legality of the
proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing rosolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
this 17th day of September, 1962, by the following vote:
