SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREE-
I~qT WITH CROCFG~R-ANGLO NATIONAL BANK AS TRUSTEE OF
HEALY TIBBITTS CONSTRUCTION CO~[P~NY PROFIT-StIARING PLAN-
MARINA DIKE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
execution of that agreement between the City of South San ~V~ancisco and Crocker-Anglo
National Bank as Trustee of Healy Tibbitts Construction Company Profit-Sharing Plan
bearing date the day of , 1962, a copy of which is hereunto
annexed, is hereby authorized.
o~ IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest his
signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the .foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
on the 1st day of October, 1962, by the following vote:
