A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
ADDITIONAL MARINA FACILITIES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 17th day of September, '1962,
for the work ~to be done and the improvement to be made as described and specified in
Resolution No.'3523 entitled "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco Approvin~ Plans and Specifications Authorizin~ the Work and Calliu~ for
Bids on the Improvement of South San Francisco Marina - Additional Marina Facilities".
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject the proposals or bids submitted by
the following:
Ralph Larsen & Son, Inc.
Prodauovich, Inc.
2. That said Council hereby orders that upon City receivin~ consent from the
Division of Small Craft Harbors to contract for the additional Marina facilities with
Hart & Hyndin~, Inc., said bid or proposal stand accepted and the contract for doin~
the work and improvement and furuishin~ the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor be entered into.
3. That the Mayor of~ said City is hereby authorized to make and enter into a
written contract with said successful bidder, and to authorize, receive and approve
all bonds in connection therewith, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed
to attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the
1st day of October, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
