A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF souTH
SAN FRANCISCO DECLARING ITS POLICY REGARDING PAYMENT OF
THE SEWER PLANT MODIFICATIONS FROM SEWER SERVICE CHARGES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that it
is the intention of the City Council, and it does hereby make this policy declaration, that
payment of the sewer plant modifications in the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Ninety-
Three Thousand Dollars ($1,893,000.00) shall be made from sewer rentals and char~es for
the use of municipal sewage facilities.
I hereby certify that the fore_~oin_~ resolution was
re_~ularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin_~ held on the
15th day of October, 1962, by the followiu_~ vote:
