ROLL CALL: Boardmembers present: Haffey, Nicolopulos, Penna, Teglia, and Drago. Boardmembers absent: None. AGENDA REVIEW AGENDA REVIEW City Manager Armas stated that there were no changes to the Agenda. CONSENT CALENDAR CONSENT CALENDAR 1. Motion to approve the Minutes of the Approved. __ Regular Meeting of 4/10/91. 2. Motion to confirm expense claims ~ Approved in the amount of $222,852.82. of 4/24/91. M/S Teglia/Nicolopulos - To approve the Consent Calendar. Carried by unanimous voice vote. GOOD AND WELFARE GOOD AND WELFARE No one chose to speak. CLOSED SESSION CLOSED SESSION 3. Closed Session for the purpose of Council adjourned to a Closed Session at the discussion of personnel 7:06 p.m. to discuss a call the Mayor had matters, labor relations, received from the County Assessor property negotiations and regarding the Gateway lawsuit. The litigation. Closed Session was held concurrently with the City Council Closed Session. RECALL TO ORDER: Mayor Drago recalled the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., all Agency members present, _.. no action was taken.
