ROLL CALL: Boardmembers present: Haffey, Nicolopulos, Penna, Teglia, and Drago. Boardmembers absent: None. AGENDA REVIEW AGENDA REVIEW City Manager Armas stated that there were no changes to the Agenda. CONSENT CALENDAR CONSENT CALENDAR 1. Motion to approve the Minutes of the Approved.
