CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSULTANT
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DEBORAH GLASSER
LABOR RELATIONS, LLC, FOR LABOR NEGOTIATION
SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
SIGN THE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, staff recommends approving the Consultant Services Agreement
( "Agreement ") with Deborah Glasser Labor Relations, LLC ( "Consultant "), for provision of
labor negotiation services effective February 1, 2014; and
WHEREAS, staff will use Consultant's labor negotiation services, as needed, to
supplement the efforts of the Human Resources Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby approves the Consultant Services Agreement with
Deborah Glasser Labor Relations, LLC; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
the documents necessary to effectuate the Agreement on behalf of the City Council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 22n day of
January, 2014 by the following vote:

Vice Mayor Richard A. Garbarino and Mayor KMI Matsumoto
