ROLL CALL: Boardmembers present: Drago, Fernekes,
and Penna.
Boardmembers absent: Nicolopulos, and
Teg 1 i a.
Clerk Battaya stated that the Clerk's
Office had been informed that Boardmember
Nicolopulos was ill, and Boardmember
Teglia was on vacation and both were
unable to attend tonight's meeting.

Executive Director Armas stated that
there were no changes to the Agenda.

1. Motion to approve the Minutes of the Approved.
Regular Meeting of 1/22/92.
2. Motion to confirm expense claims 5~C3 Approved in the amount of $4,185.00.
of 2/12/92.

Carried by unanimous voice vote.
