CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SALARY SCHEDULE
EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 12, 2014 BY ASSIGNING A SALARY
RANGE FOR DISASTER PREPAREDNESS MANAGER,
ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR AND
LABORATORY SUPERVISOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS IN THE
MID - MANAGEMENT BARGAINING UNIT
WHEREAS, the City desires to assign a salary range for the Disaster Preparedness Manager,
Environmental Compliance Supervisor and Laboratory Supervisor job classifications in the Mid -
Management bargaining unit; and,
WHEREAS, the salary ranges for the Disaster Preparedness Manager, Environmental
Compliance Supervisor and Laboratory Supervisor job classifications in the unit shall be:

WHEREAS, staff desires approval of the salary schedule for the Disaster Preparedness
Manager, Environmental Compliance Supervisor and Laboratory Supervisor job classifications; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco hereby approves a resolution approving the above salary ranges for the classifications of
the Disaster Preparedness Manager, Environmental Compliance Supervisor and Laboratory
Supervisor job classifications effective February 12, 2014 and amending the salary schedule
accordingly.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 12'h day of
February, 2014 by the following vote:
