CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING YEAR END FINANCIAL
REPORTS FOR THE 2012 -13 FISCALYEAR
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco annually prepares and distributes its annual
financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby has received and accepts the following documents for the
2012 -13 fiscal year:
• Comprehensive Annual Financial Report
• Gann Report (Compliance with Proposition 111 Appropriations Limit)
• Measure A Funds Compliance
• Memorandum on Internal Control and Required Communications
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 121' day of
February, 2014 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark N Addiego Pradeep Gupta and Liza Normandy
Vice Mayor Richard A Garbarino and Mayor Karyl Matsumoto
NOES: None
ABSTAIN:
