CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION UPDATING THE LIST OF DESIGNATED
POSITIONS AND APPLICABLE DISCLOSURE CATEGORIES
FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO'S CONFLICT OF
INTEREST CODE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 22 -2009, the City Council previously adopted a list of
designated positions subject to the City's Conflict of Interest Code; and
WHEREAS, because of the recent reorganization of the City's staff new positions have been
created and others eliminated that are not reflected in the approved list; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco hereby approves an update to the designation of positions and the applicable disclosure
categories for the positions shown in the attached Exhibit A. The positions listed in Exhibit A have
been renumbered so that they are in consecutive order.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 26`'' day of
February, 2014 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Pradeep Gupta and Liza Normandy
Vice Mayor Richard A. Garbarino and Mayor Karvl Matsumoto
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
