1. Motion to approve Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Approved.

Carried by unanimous voice vote.
ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS
3. Resolution authorizing a fiscal agreement with San Chairwoman Teglia stated that she and
Mateo Community College District for the El Camino Boardmember Penna would not participate or vote
Corridor Redevelopment Plan. on this item.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A FISCAL Assistant Executive Director Martel gave the staff
