changes to the Agenda.

1. Motion to approve Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Boardmember Drago stated he would abstain on the
3/9/94 and Regular Meeting of 3/23/94. Minutes of the Regular Meeting of 3/9/94.
_. Motion to confirm expense claims of 4/13/94. ~ ~0.~ Clerk Battaya stated there were no claims for this
meeting and a Motion was not required.
M/S Teglia/Yee - To approve Item No. 1 on the
Consent Calendar.
Carried by majority voice vote, Boardmember
Drago abstained on the Minutes of the Regular
Meeting of 3/9/94.
M/S Yee/Drago - To adjourn the meeting.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
