ROLL CALL: Boardmembers present: Drago, Penna, Teglia, Yee
and Fernekes.
Boardmembers absent: None.
Deputy City Clerk Bill stated that City Clerk Battaya
was away on personal business.

Acting City Manager Martel stated there were no
changes to the agenda.

· Motion to approve minutes of the Adjourned Regular Approved, with the exception of Boardmember
Meeting of 9/21/94 and Regular Meeting of 9/28/94. Teglia abstaining from approving minutes of 9/21/94
and Boardmember Penna abstaining from approving
minutes of 9/28/94, because they were absent from
those meetings.
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of 10/12/94. Item removed, as there were no expense claims for
10/12/94.
M/S Yee/Drago - To approve the Consent Calendar.
Carried by unanimous voice vote, with
Councilwoman Teglia abstaining on the minutes of
9/21/94 and Councilman Penna abstaining on the
minutes of 9/28/94.
