ROLL CALL: Boardmembers present: Fernekes, Penna, Teglia
and Yee.
Boardmembers absent: Drago.
Clerk Battaya stated that Boardmember Drago is ill
and unable to attend tonight's meeting.

Executive Director Wilson stated there are no
changes to the Agenda.

1. Motion to approve Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Approved.
3/22/95.
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of 4/12/95. 5-~0~ Approved in the amount of $9,595.25.

Calendar.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
RECESS: Chairman Yee recessed the meeting at 7:14 p.m.
due to the 7:15 p.m. Council meeting.
RECONVENED: Chairman Yee reconvened the meeting at 11:41
p.m., all Council was present.
