Closed Session: pursuant to GC 54956.8, conference The Agency adjourned to a Closed Session at 7:07
with real property negotiator regarding 261-265 Grand p.m. to discuss the item noticed.

terms of payment; Negotiating Party - Martin Metro
Associates.

p.m.
RECALL TO ORDER: Chairman Yee recalled the meeting to order at 7:45
p.m., all Boardmembers were present, no action was
taken and direction was given. Boardmember Penna
abstained from any conversation in the Closed Ses-
sion.

Carried by unanimous voice vote.
