Boardmembers absent: Fernekes and Penna.
Clerk Battaya stated Boardmember Fernekes in-
formed her Office that he was called out of town
and could not attend this meeting.

changes to the Agenda.

1. Motion to approve Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Approved with the following change on the 6/14/95
6/14/95 and Regular Meeting of 6/28/95. minutes wherein "City of San Diego" should read
"City of San Leandro".
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of 7/12/95. Approved in the amount of $2,084.85.
