ROLL CALL: Boardmembers present: Fernekes, Teglia and Yee.
Boardmembers absent: Drago and Penna.
Clerk Battaya stated that Boardmember Drago was
ill, Boardmember Penna was on vacation and both
were unable to attend tonight's meeting.
