Penna Municipal Services Building Robert Yee Community Room April 3, 1996 SPECIAL MEETING REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APRIL 3, 1996 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 54956 of the Government Code of the State of California, that the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, the 3rd day of April 1996, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Conference Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California. Purpose of the meeting: 1. Closed Session: pursuant to GC 54956.8, conference with Real Property Negotiator, for the property at Oyster Point (Shearwater site), Negotiating Party is Bill Poland and under negotiation: price and terms of payment. 2. Resolution authorizing an exclusive negotiating rights agreement with Bay West Group for post develop- ment of the Shearwater site. RECESS: Chairman Drago stated the meeting will be recessed until after the City Council meeting, the time was 7:09 p.m. MEETING RECONVENED: Chairman Drago reconvened the meeting at 8:16 p.m. Boardmember Penna Left the Meeting: Boardmember Penna left the meeting, due to a potential conflict of interest, and did not return. 1. Closed Session - Continued. The Agency reentered the Closed Session at 8:17 p.m. to again discuss the noticed item. RECALL TO ORDER: Mayor Drago recalled the meeting to order at 9:00 p.m. ,..
