NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 54956 of the Government Code of the State of California, that
the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, the 3rd day of
April 1996, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Conference Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco,
California.
Purpose of the meeting:
1. Closed Session: pursuant to GC 54956.8, conference with Real Property Negotiator, for the property at
Oyster Point (Shearwater site), Negotiating Party is Bill Poland and under negotiation: price and terms of
payment.
2. Resolution authorizing an exclusive negotiating rights agreement with Bay West Group for post develop-
ment of the Shearwater site.

MEETING RECONVENED: Chairman Drago reconvened the meeting at 8:16
p.m.
Boardmember Penna Left the Meeting: Boardmember Penna left the meeting, due to a
potential conflict of interest, and did not return.

p.m. to again discuss the noticed item.
