CONSENTCALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes of the January 22, 2003 regular meeting
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of February 12, 2003 in the amount of $22,240.08
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Green: To'approve the Consent Calendar with minor
modifications to the minutes. On the question: Vice Chair Matsumoto questioned
payment to the Historic Old Town Homeowners and Renters Association for Welcome
Wagon Funds. Chairman Gonzalez responded that the fee was used to hire a part time
individual to welcome people and to educate them on neighborhood standards.
Unanimously approved by voice vote.
