City Manager Wilson stated there were no changes
to the Agenda.

1. Motion to cancel the Regular Meeting of 8/27/97 and Removed from the Agenda by Boardmember Yee.
Regular Meeting of 9/10/97 and call a Special Meet-
ing for 9/3/97.
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of 7/9/97. ,.5'6t 0 3 Approved in the amount of $40,453.01.
M/S Mullin/Datzman - To approve the Consent Cal-
endar with the exception of Item No. 1.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
