A meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Frncisco meeting as a board of Equalization. This meeting was called to order by Trustee Holston, (President of the Board) Roll-call found the following Trustees present to-wit: ?. A. Gunningham, J. C. ~IcGovern, Geo. Wallace, and G. W. Holston. There being no business brought before the board at this time it was moved by Trustee NcGovern seconded by Trustee Wallace that the board adjourn until ~ionday evening Aug. 10, 1914 to met at 310 Linden Avenue, at 7:30 P. ~i. Carried. Respectfully submitted, Wm. J. Smith, Clerk of the Board of Equalization. A regualar adjourned meeting of the Board of Equalization of the City of ~outh San Francisco held Monday evening, August 10, 1914. This meeting was called to order by Trustee Holston ( President of the Board ) Roll~cal~ found the following Trustees present; J. C. McGovern Geo. Wallace, G. W. Holston, The Boar~ continued in session until 8 p.m. and there being no protests against the assessment roll up to that time the Board adjourned until Tuesday, August ll,1914 at ?:~0 p. m. to met again at ZlO Linden Avenue atsaid time. Smith Clerk of the Board of EqualizatLon a regular mdJourned meeting of the Boa rd of Equalization was called to rder by Trusttee Kolston, at 7:30 p.m. There being no quorum present on this occasion the board adjourned to met again at 9 p.m. Tuesday evening, August 11,1914. Respectfully submitted, Wm. J. Smith, Clerk of the Board of Equalization. The Boar~ og Equalization of the City of South San Francisco was called to order by Trustee Holston, (presldent of the Board of Trustees) At 9 p.m. on Sugust II, 1914 . Roll-call found the following Trustees present J. C. McGovern, Geo. Wallace and G. W. Holston. A protest was received from J. C. McGovernasking for a reduction of SE©O on improvements on kis property. Upon motion of Trustee Wallace seconded by Trustee Holston and regularly carried ~he c~.erk was ordered to make the change. The following resolution was then introduced by Trustee ~cGovern . Whereas, the Boardof Trustees of the City of South San Francisco did, pursuant to the provisi ions of law therefor and Ordinance No. 21, of said City of South San ~rancisco, meet as a ~oard of Equalization at their usual p;ace of neeting, at the hour of 10 o'clock a.m. on Eonday, ~ugust 10th, 1914, the same being the second Honday in August; and Whereas, due notice of the time and place of said meeting has been given as in said Bea~ There being no business brought before the board at this time it was moved by Trustee ~cGovern seconded by Trustee Wallace that the board adjourn until Monday evening Aug. lC, 1914 to met at 310 Linden Avenue, at 7:30 P. McGovernasking for a reduction of $200 on improvements on kis property. Upon motion of Trustee Wallace seconded by Trustee Holston and regularly carried The clerk was ordered to make the change. The following resolution was then introduced by Trustee mcGove rn · Whereas, the Boardof Trustees of the City of South San Francisco did, pursuant to the provisi ions of law therefor and Ordinance No. 21, of said City of South San mrancisco, meet as a ~oard of Equalization at their usual p;ace of meeting, at the hour of 10 o'clock a.m. on Monday, august 10th, 1914, the same being the second Monday in August; and Whereas, due notice of the time and place of said meeting has been given as in said Bea~A Crdinance No. 21, provided; and Whereas the City Clerk did, at said time and place, present to said Board pf Equalizaticn th Assessment Roll for the year 191~-1915 as prepared by the City Clerk of asaid City, acting ir the capacity as Assessor of said City; and Whereas, saud Board of Equalization has duly considered all protests filed with said Board; and Whereas, said Board of Equalization has continued in session from said 10th day of August, 1914 to th~s llth day of August 1914; Resolved by said Board of Equalization that said Assessment Roll as modified abd-correcte be, and the same is hereby adopted as and for the Assessment Roll for the.year 19i~-lgl§. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adipted by the Boar~ of Equalization this llth day of August, 1914 by the following vote Ayes, Trustees J. C. HcGovern, Geo. Wallace and G. W. Holston. Noes, Trustees None Absent, Trustees, ~. A. Cunningham and J. H.. Kelly Attest: Wm. J.
