and the said applicant having complied in all respects with Ordimance~4
of the City of South ~an ~ramoisoe,he was grauted a permit for a "Olas
A Liquor License for the balance of the ~'iscal xear ending, JumeZOth. I~
by the umanimous vote of all Trustees presemt.
A commumication was received from N. Eoth of ~am z,raneisco e~fering a
conference ~able for the sum of Thirty five (8~) ~ollars.
Moved by Trustee ounningham,seoonded by ~rustee ~ealy,that the matter
be revered to the ~hairm~n of the purchasing committee.

communication was received from the ~aratoga Hock company,asEing ~or
payment of their ~ill for roc~ said to have been rendered, which was d
denied by ,the Clerk, Moved by Trustee Mc. Govern,seconded by Trustee
~e~ly that the communication be placed on file and the Clerk be instr
ucted to write to the Saratoga ~eck company for a ~ill of the rock
used by ~heOity during month of Jamuar~ I2.

the clerk,Treasurer, Marshal,and ~ou~dmaster.
The report of the City Clerk and Treasurer showed a cash ~alance of
Sixtyfive (68)Dollars and ~hirty six cents,on hand~arch.ist.

Minutes of the previous nesting were read an~ approved.

Ayes, and in favor of the passage of said ordinance,Trustees, F.A.Oumni~g-
ham, M.~.]ealy, f.Z.Mc. Geverm and ~amiel Mc. sweeney.

the Board of Supervisors of ~an Mteo 0oumty for the purpose of constructing
and maintaining thereon a ~ighway or ooulevard as a part of the state or
C~umty system o~ ~loads~,was formally intro~uce~ Oy Trustee Cunningham and
laid over un~il next meeting of the ~oard, to come up unCer regular order
of business.
Moved by mrustees ~c. ~overn seconded by Truszee Curauinghaa that the Clerk
be instructed to communicate with the Onited Hailroads of Sam ~'rancisco and
ask, that fenders be installed on all stress cars running within the limits
of the City of ~outh San ~rancisce.

of the General Mumicipal Election to be held in the City of South San Fran-
cisco on the 8th.day of April, I912, as provided by law, shall be issued an
that the City Clerk be,and hereby is ,directed to publish the said notice i
in"~e Emterprise", a weekly newspaper printed and published in said City,
in at least two two ~) issues thereof: that the first publication of ssid
'notice shall be ~t least(8)Days prior to the date of said election.
Be it further resolved the~ the Election Board for the General Municipal
Election to be held in said City on the 8th. day of April,IgI2, be consti-
