This meeting was called to order at 8.I0 P.M. by Trustee Daniel Mo.3weeney
"President" of the Board~
Eoll call found all Trustees present, to wit;
F.A.On~ingham, M.~. Eealy,. T.L.~iokey, J.C.Mo Govern, and Daniel Mo. Sweene~
~~ e~' the-minutes of the previous meeting, was, upon motion of Trustee
Mo Govern, sed~nded ~ Trustee 0unni~gham and regularly carried, dispensed
wi~h.
~Y~e~tion was received from Peter Pala asking that he be allowed to run a
pipe across ~ux Avenue to connect with his water tank.
Moved by Trustee ~ickey seconded by Trustee Mc Govern that the petition of
Peter Pala be granted.

Trustee T.L.~iokey reported having been. be~ore the ~tate aighway 0ommission
for the purpose of impressing that ~ody with the neoeslty of their building
the ~tate ~ighway ~hrmmgh any municipality encountered on the proposed Hout~
of such ~ighway,and of the refusal of the ~tate ~ighway oommision to acceed
to the request.
W.J.Marti~ appeared befored the Board and offered to the Trustees the renta
of the present City Eall for one year,from April Asr. i912, to March 3ist. I
for the sum of Twenty-five~EB} Dollars per momth.
Moved by Trustee Cunningham,seconded by Trustee ~ealy, that the offer of
W.J.Martin be accepted.

Moved by Trustee ~ealy seconded by Trustee ~c Govern, that ~'.A. ~unningham
be appointed a committee of one to see E.E. Cunningham and request that he
attend a ~anquet given by the Feninsula Fromotion ~eague at ~an Mateo on
April i~th. as a Representative of the City of South San Francisco.

City of South S~n ~rancisco, "entitled "Au Ordimance requireing the registr
atio~ of plumbers and pipe-layers; fixing the requirements for a~license fo~
those engal~d in the plumbing or pipe~aying business; regulating plumbing
and drainage work; providing for the inspection of pl~nnbing and drainage wor ~
fixing the fees in payment therefor and a penalty for violation", passed
the iSth. day of February, I905~ was formally introduced by Trustee Healy
and laid over to come up under regular order of business at the next meeting
of the ~oard.
