Roll-call
Roll-call found the following Trustees present,to wit;
J.H.l~elley, J.C.~cGovern, and F.A.Cunningham
Absent, Trustees,G.W.Holston, and T.L.Hickey
ReadirJ~inutes of the previous meeting were dispensed with.
A Communication was received from the South San Francisco Land & Improvment Company, asking
a sh-rt delay in the proposed improvment of ~ller and Baden Avenues,on account of a pro!~al~
chanF~e of grade '~_n the said streetm by the shortening of Blocks and other improvments to
be m~de by the South San ?ranctsco T~and and improvment Jo.,on their ~morganined land.
Moved by Trustee ~c Govern seconded by Trustee Kelley, that the improvment of ~iller and
Baden Avenues be ~$~p~m~&d, to be taken up at the discretion of the Board of Trustees.

Moved by Trustee Kelley seconded by Trustee Mc Govern that the Board of Trustees accept
the invitation tendered to them by the South San ~rancisco Land a~d Improvment Co. to go
on a sight seeing trip to Oakland, the ti~e to be d$cided On by the Board of T~ustees.

ne~t meeting, of the Board.

adjourn, until ~onday August,~th. IgI2, to meet at ~I0 Linden Avenue at 8' 0 Clock P.M.
