Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
City of South San Prancisco,held Monday August,Sth. I912.
Meeting called to order at 8'I§ 0 'Clock P.M,?by Trustee ~.A. Cunningham"President of the
Board of Trustees".
Roll-call
Roll-call found the following Trustees present,to wit; G.W. Holston,~.~.~ Govern, and
F.A.Ounningham,
Absent, Trustees, T.L.Hickey, and J.H.Helley. ~
Minutes of the p~evious meeting were read and approved.
An application for a permit for a liquor license was received from Delia Harrington of
~I0 San Bruno Ave. and accompanying the application was a bond executed, in favor of the
City of South San Francisco,in the sum of one Thousand (I000)Dollars for the faithful eom-
pliance with ordinance number four of the City of South San Francisco~ by She applicant.
and the applicant having complied in all respects with the provisions of the said ordinance
number four she was granted a permit for a license until december, ZIst. IgIE. by the
unanimous vote of all Trustees present.
The reports of City officers for month of July were then read,the report of the City Clerk
and City Treasurer showing a cash balance of $424.6I on hand July ~I,I912.
Moved by Trustee Mo Govern seconded by Trustee Holston that the reports of the City Officers receive
received at this meet~ be a~cept~d as read.
Carried
The f~lowing demands against the City were presented for payment,the same having been
~pproved by the financecommittee

and warrants be drawn for the payment of same.

An ordinance entitled,"~ ordinance defining the boundaries of San Bruno Road and establish
lng official elevations on San Prano Roadbetween the North LINe of Grand Avenue and the
~0rth line of Armour Avenue, was read and upon roll-call was adopted as an ordinance of
the City of~outh San ?rancisco by the following vote.
Ayes. Trustees G.W.Holston, J.C.}~c Govern and F.A.Cunningham.
Noes, Trustees None,
