City of South San Francisco,held, Wednesday Sept. 4th. I912, Monday, and Tuesday
being legal holidays.
This meeting was called to order at 8'I0 P.M.~by Trustee F.A. C~uningham
"President of the Board". Roll-call found the following Trustees present to wit;
T.L.HICKEY,J.H.KELLEY, J.C.Mc GOVERN, and ~.A. C~NNINGHAM.
Absent, Trustee G.W.Holston.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
A communication was received from the League of California Municipalities asking that the
members of the Board of Trustees attend the League convention at Bekley Cal. from Sept2Z
to 28th. if possible. Moved by Trustee }~ic Govern seconded by Trustee Kelley that the invi-
tation be accepted and the communication be placed on file.

The reports of City Officers for month of August were then' read, the report of City Clerk
and Treasurer showed a cash balance of $I~§.35 on hand August ZI, I912.

Under heading of street work, it was moved by Trustee Hickey seconded by Trustee Kelley and regul
regularly carried that the Ci$~ Engineer be instructee to prepare an estimate of the cost of repai
repairing Swift Ave. from the R.R.,to Stock yards.
The following demands against the City were presented for payment, the same having been approved
by the finnance committee.
