This meeting was called to order at 8'30 P.M., by Trustee F.A.Cunningham, "President of the
Board". Roll call found the following Trustees present to wit; G.W.Holston,, J.H.Kelley,
J.C.Mc Govern and F,A. Cunningham.
Absent Trustee T.L.Hickey.
Minute~ of the previous meeting were read and appzoved.
A report for the month of August was received from City Recorder Wm. Rehberg and encloseing
check for Twentyfive ~2§) Dollars for fines collected through his office during month of
August Moved by Trustee Mc Govern seconded by Trustee Kelley that the report be accepted
and placed on file.

Lr-- The following Resolution was introduced by Trustee Kelley.
V)Resolved ~bY the'Board of"Trustees of the City of South San Fra~isco,that the rate of taxes
to be paid to the Cityof South Stun Francisco for the purposes of the general fund of said
City of South San Francisco during the fiscal year beginning July Ist. I912, and ending June
30, I913, be, and the same hereby is fixed at Sixty-five (6~1 CENTS on each one hundred do~]ar.~
