South San Francisco, held, I~onday November,4th, I912
This meeting was called to order at 8'I$ 0 Clock P.~., by Trustee F,A. Cunningham, "President
of the Board of Tru~'stees".
Roll-call found the following Trustees present, to wit; G,W. Holston,
J.C.Mc Govern, and F.A. Cunningham.
Trustee J.H.Eelley appeared after Roll-call.
Absent, Trustee T.L.Hickey.
The minutes of the previous meeting was read, and upon the correction of the
title of the ordinance v~hich was laid on the table at a meeting held October £Ist. IgI2,the
minutes were ~ccepted~ as corrected.
A communication was received from C.L. Kauffmann Treasurer of the City of
South San Francisco, asking for a leave of absence for a period of six months.
~Ioved by Trustee ~Ic Govern seconded by Trustee Holston, that the City Treasurer be granted
a leave of absence for a period of Ninty days.

The following resolution was then i~ntroduced by Trustee J.~. M~ll§~vern.
Resolved, by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Prancisco,that the City Treasurer
C .L.Kauffmann be,
and he is hereby authorized to a?~oint a Deputy Treasurer subject to the appro-
val of the Bomrd of Trustees of the CitY of South San Francisco,who may act in ~ place
and stead of said City Treasurer and for whose official conduct said City Treasurer shall
be responsible.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resoluti~on was regularly introduced and adopted
by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco, this 4th. day of November, I912,
by the following vote;

City officers received at this meeting be accepted as read.

Disposing of Spiritous , ~alt and fermented liquors and wines or any admixture thereof in
the City of South San Francisco, was read and upon roll-call was adopted as an ordinance of
~he City of South San ?rancisco, by the following vote;
