Roll-- call found the following Trustees present to wit; G.W. Holston, J.C. ]~[c Govern
and F.A.Cunntngham.
Absent Trustees J.H.Kelly and T.L.Hickey.
Upon motion of Trustee Mc Govern seconded by Trustee HolSton the reading of the
minutes of the last meeting were dispensed with.

All applications for liquor licenses received at this meeting were laid over till
next meeting of the Board.
Communication was received f~m the California Nursery Co., offering to furnish
trees at the fol]0wing prices:
American Elms 6/8 ft. in height ~.40.each.
Cork Elms at $.40 each.
Black Acacias 4/5 ft. inheight ~Z0. per hundre~~,
Dracaenas balled S/4 ft. $ I.£5 each, ~/Z $60. per hundred.
Action on communication was laid over until next meeting.
Moved by Trustee Mc Govern seconded by Trustee ~olston that all City Officers
salary for the month of December be paid before Christmas.
Carried.
The following demands against the city were presented for payment,the same
having been approved by the Pianance Committee.
To E.B.&A.L. Stone Co. crushed rock.
