This )~leeting was called by the"President of the Board of T~stees for the
pu~ose of passin~ a resolution requesting the South San Prancisco Land and Impro~ent
company 'to designate certain land promised to the City of South San ~ancisco)for ~ sewer
out,et. The m~ting was called to order at I~ I~ P.M. BY Trustee C~ningham "President of
the Board"

J.H. Medley, J.C. ~c Govern and
Absent, Trustees G.W. Holston, and T.L. Hickey.
The following resolution was introduced by Trustee ~tc Govern.
~ereas the Board of Trustees of the City of South San 2ranciseo is desirous of eonstru
cting a ~eneral ~ewer ~:ystem in said city, and
~ereas said Board is about to start the nec
~ essary proceedings to submit to the voters of said city the question of incurring a bonded
indebtedness for the purpose of constructing sucha system,and
V,~ereas it has been proposed that the course
of the outlet for the oontemplsted sewer system shall extend through the lnnds of the South
San Francisco Land and I~ro~ent company, and
~,~e:'ea~ the land through which .~he ~outh :~an
Francisco Land and ~mprov~ent company will permit said outlet to p~sc has not ~ yet beer_
8esignated,
Resolved by the Board ofmTrustees of Yhe City of South San Prancisco that the South
San Pranciseo Land and Impro~ent companybe respectfully requested to ~e signate the land
thro~h which it may permit s~id City to build ~aid outlet and to comm~uicate such desig-~
nation to said Board of ~ '
