This meeting was called to order at8'I5 P.M.,by Trustee F.A.Cunningham"President of the Board of Trustees~ Roll Call Roll call found the following Trustees present,to wit; G.W. Holston, T.L. tlickey, J.C. ~,~c Govern, and 1~$A$ ~ '~ ~ ~uunz ,~gham. 2rustee J~ Kelley appeared after roll-call. Absent Trustees None. The minutes of the previous meeting was read and approved. A petition v,~as received from P.Pala asking that he be allowed to construct concrete curbs,concrete gutters, and artificial stone sidewalks in front of his property oM Lux Avenue between San Bruno Road and Division St. The request of ~;r Pala was refused by the Board because the proceedings ~orthe improvment of Lux Avenue,by the Board of Trustees ,had gone too far to grant a property owner such permission. An affidavit ,relating to the posting of notices on all the ~tre streets contained iu that certain resolution of intention m5 was received from ~eo A ILueese Supt. of STreets of the City of South san Francisco, and the same w was i~laced on file. An Affidavit relating to the publicatlon 6f Resolution of tention ~5, was received from E.I Woodman of the Enterprise, and was placed on file. Reports for the month of February I913, was received from the CitY Clerk, ~arshal, Recorder and Pomud master, the report of the Clerk showed a c~sh balance of I,?ii.28 on h~nd Feb. 28,I9IZ. The report of the City FECOP2DL~ ~k¢~& that Thirty~Z0) Dollars had ~een col- lected through h~s office during month of February,for which he enclosed check. The reports we~'e accepted and ordered ~laced on file. The following demands against the City were presented for ~?paymsnt the samehav~ ing been approved by the finance committee. To Hen I.
