This meeting was called to order at 8'I0 P.M.~y Trustee ~.A. C~i~ham "President of the Board of Trustees". Roll-cal~ Roll-call fo~d the follo~ng Trustees present,to wit; T.~.Hiokey, J.H.Ke~, J.C. ~c Govern, andF.A. C~i~ham. Absent, Tr~tee G.W. Holston. ~,~inutes of the previous meeting was read and upon motion of Trustee Kel!ey ~econded by Trustee I.~c Govern a~d regularly carried was approved as read, An application for a "Class A" Li q r License was received from lV.~.Leahey accompanfng said application was a bond executed fu favor of the -'[ty of South San F~an cisco,in the pena] su:u of One Thousand[i000) Dollars for the faithful compliance with Ordinance ~759 of the City of South Ran ~rancisco by the applicant as provided by ~' ' card ordinance,and the a~plicant having corot:lied in al! respect~ with sa~d ordinance ~?59,he was granted a permit for a class A liquor license until the ZOth. day of June IgIZ,by the ~antmous Vote of all Trustees present,to wit; T.L. Hickey, J.H.Kelley, J.C. i~[c Govern and F.A. C~ningham. Absent Trustee G.W.H01ston. ~he reports of City Officers for the Idonth of ~,,[arch i9IZ,was then read,the re~ort of the City Clerk showed a cash balance of 591.88 on hahd ~'larc~ ZI,I9I~. the report of the City REcorder shelved that the su~n of Forty~0) DOllars had been received through his office during the month of ~ ~ ... . ~..~ar~ for which ~,~ enc~.osed check the report s of Treasurer,~iarshal, and Po~d:naster w~..re also received. It was moved by Trustee ~,~[c Govern seconded by Trustee kelley a~d ~ regularly, carried that the reports of all the City officers received at this meeting be accci:t,'od ~u2 fiiod.
