Improving tha~ portion of Baden Avenue between the median line of' l,iagn,lia Avenue
and the median line o~-Orange Avenue,including ail street intersections and portions of
street intersections,by gradeing and by construc~inr: concrete curbs therein on Loth s.~
thereof exceFt where such gutters have already been coustru eted: and by eonctructi~g con(
