This meeting was c~lled to order by Tmustee G. W. Holston, ~PreStdent of

Roll-call
Roll-call found the following Trustees presentto-wit
Geo. Wallace, G. W..Holston.
There being no quorum present it was moved by Trustee Wallace seconded by
Trustee Holston and regularly csrried that the Board adjourn to met again
Tuesday, August ll,1914 at 8 'O'clock p. m. at Z10 Linden Avenue.
Carried.
