The minutes of the previous meeting were read and upon motio~ of Trustee klelley seconded
by Trustee Wallace and regularly carried were approved as read.
An appeal to the Board of Trustees
Superintendent of Streets of certain portions of Grand Avenue

In regard to this protest the following resolution was introduced by

Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Prane, isco
that Thursday,the £?th. ~ay of August,l~14,at t~e hour o~ 8 0 Cloock p.~.., and the Council Cha
~hamber of sa~d Board of Trustees in said ~ity of ?,outh San Pranciaco California, be and the
~ame hereby are fixed as the time and place for hearing the appeal of J.C. ~ic Govern and
D.W. Holston from the Superintendent of Streets acceptance of the work and asse'~sment in
Division street and the
the ~atter of paving Grand Avenue between the east line of ~$~~ ~~'/~ east
kine of Chestnut Avenue ,as per resolution of Intention No. ?. The ~ity Clerk is hereby directed
to give notice of the tine and place of the hearing of said appeal,also of t~e acts comDlained
of, by posting said notice conspicously on or near the council chamber door eof Trustees
for five ~) days.
