Roll-call found the following Trustees present,to wit;
P.A. Cunnin~ham,J.C. ]'[c C~vern, Oeo. Wallace and G.W. Holston.
Trustee Kelley appeared after roll-call.
In the absence of Clerk W.J, Smith Trustees J.C. l~c Govern v-as appointed by the
Chairman as 3lcrk Protem.
Upon motion of Trustee ~annzn~aam seconded by Trustee Wallace the reading
the minutes of th~' previous meeting wac diepensed with.
It was noved by Trustees ~.~n~.n.-'ham seconded by Trustee Wallace that ~ J
Lind~ren be pa[d the sum of ~5000. on his sewer contract.

l~ove5 by Trustee C~mningham seconded by Trustee Kelley that hhe salary of the City
Attorney be ~ncreased in the am~unt of ~-~~~ Twenty five dollars.co~.mencing i[ov'
