of South San Francisco,held Monday, April,12, 1915.
This meeting was called to order at 8' 0 Clock P.fv1., by Trustee G.W. Holston "President
of the Board".
Rol 1- c all
Roll call found the following Trustees present,to it;
J.C. Ec Covern,Geo. Wallace and G.W. Holston.
Trustee Kelley appeared after roll call.
Absent Trustee ~'.A. Cunaingham.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and upon motion of Tr~stee }~lc Govern
seconded by Trustee Wallace and regularly ~arrted were approveed as read.
A con~nunication was received from the San LIateo County Abstract Company,offering to
furnish to the City Clerk all real estate transfers in the City of South San ~anctsc~
from L~areh 1,1914 to March 1,1PlS.
_".Ioved by Trustee Wallace seconSed by Trustee l~elley that the City Clerk be authorized
to accept the offer.

A communication was received from C.B. Burnham asking for an extention of thirty days
on his contract for the ~~~ construction of a storm s~wer on ~agnolia Avenue
from Railroad Avenue to ~1iller Avenue.
Th following resolution was then introduced by Trustee :?allace
~~~,~ Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San ~rancisco
that C.B. Burnham be, and he hereby is,granted thirty days extention of time for the ~om-
pletion of his contract for the construction of a storm sewer on I,iagn~lia Avenue,upon the
condition theft the sureties consent to such extention.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the Board of T~ustees of the City of South San Francisco this 12th. day of April.1915,by
~he following vote;

seconded by Trustee Wallace and regularly carried were approveed as read.

from March 1,1914 to ~arch 1,1~15.
